Our team also targets ground-up development opportunities with strategic development partners.
Multifamily Investment Strategy
We focus on top-MSA markets within the mid-Atlantic, southeastern and southwestern regions of the US where we have an existing footprint. We seek value-add opportunities that allow our in-house renovations and operations group to make capital improvements and elevate property performance to more effectively compete with top-tier communities in the marketplace. Our yield requirements are competitive and commensurate with the risks attributed to each opportunity. We focus on markets providing growth and stability that offer barriers to entry to ensure the long-term success of each investment.
