Balfour Beatty Communities’ Navy Southeast communities earn 30 A List Awards for exceptional customer service

The Navy Southeast portfolio owned and managed by Balfour Beatty Communities garnered 30 Platinum A List and A List awards following its annual resident satisfaction survey. Communities within the portfolio that have been recognized this year include JBWS Charleston Homes (SC), NAS JRB Fort Worth Homes (TX), NAS Jacksonville Homes (FL), NAS Key West Homes (FL), NAS Pensacola Homes (FL), NCBC Gulfport Homes (MS), NS Mayport Homes (FL), NSA Panama City Homes (FL), NSB Kings Bay Homes (GA) and Whiting Field Homes (FL). Nationally-recognized benchmarking firm, CEL & Associates, Inc. administered the survey.

The annual survey allows residents across all Navy South East housing communities to provide their feedback on a variety of topics that contribute to their overall living experience, including the site management team, maintenance support, community amenities and home quality.
