Mission Creek’s exceptional customer service earns top scores in Air Force Housing

Mission Creek, a housing community leasing to active duty Air Force members stationed at Moody Air Force Base, has earned two Platinum A List awards for customer service in a 2017 resident satisfaction survey sponsored by the Air Force.  Notably, the property’s overall resident satisfaction score was the highest of all Air Force housing communities across the country for 2017. The comprehensive annual resident satisfaction survey was conducted through nationally recognized benchmarking firm, CEL & Associates, Inc. 

Mission Creek is a gated residential community with neighborhoods located on Moody Air Force Base as well as nearby Valdosta, offering three and four-bedroom single-family homes that feature exceptional amenities including ample closets and storage space, hardwood floors and master suite with walk-in closet. Residents have access to several community amenities suitable for the whole family—including a sparkling pool, fitness center, sport courts and playground.

Every year, residents are asked to partake in the survey program, which includes questions that encompass their overall living experience. Community appearance and amenities, quality of completed service requests and interaction with management team members are some of the granular components that the survey covers.
