Balfour Beatty Communities’ resident satisfaction survey results for Navy Portfolio earn industry recognition

The Navy Southeast portfolio for Balfour Beatty Communities was recently awarded 23 Platinum A List and A List awards based on the exceptional service residents received in 2017. The awards were driven by the results of a comprehensive annual resident satisfaction survey Conducted through nationally recognized benchmarking firm, CEL & Associates, Inc. Balfour Beatty Communities’ Navy Southeast properties earning awards for resident satisfaction in 2017 include JBWS Charleston Homes (SC), NAS JRB Fort Worth Homes (TX), NAS Jacksonville Homes (FL), NAS Key West Homes (FL), NAS Pensacola Homes (FL), Whiting Field Homes (FL), NCBC Gulfport Homes (MS), and NSA Panama City Homes (FL).

“We’re very pleased to earn these resident-driven awards for 23 neighborhoods across our Navy Southeast housing communities,” said Balfour Beatty Communities senior vice president, Anne-Marie Niklaus. “To know we have succeeded in our aim to deliver an exceptional living experience through world-class customer service is quite gratifying for all of our team members.” 

Residents are asked on a yearly basis to participate in the survey program, which includes questions that encompass their overall living experience. Specific topics covered in the survey include customer service, maintenance support, staff responsiveness, home quality, community appearance and amenities.
