Balfour Beatty Communities’ resident satisfaction survey results for Navy NE portfolio earn industry recognition

Balfour Beatty Communities (BBC) is pleased to announce that its Navy Northeast portfolio has earned Platinum A List and A List awards for providing exceptional customer service in 2017. The result of a comprehensive resident satisfaction survey managed by nationally recognized benchmarking firm CEL & Associates, Inc., Balfour Beatty Communities’ scores produced 18 awards that spanned every property in the BBC-managed Navy Northeast housing portfolio, including JBMDL Lakehurst (NJ), Mitchel Field Complex (NY), NAVSTA Newport (RI), NSA Saratoga Springs (NY), NSB New London (CT), NSY Portsmouth (ME) and NWS Earle (NJ).

“It is our company’s top priority to deliver exceptional living experiences and the highest level of customer service to the military communities we are trusted to operate and manage,” said BBC senior vice president, Anne-Marie Niklaus. “For our teams’ hard work and dedication to be recognized by our residents is the highest honor.”

Annually, residents across Balfour Beatty Communities’ military housing portfolio are asked to provide feedback on their overall housing experience. The condition of the community, professionalism of the property management team, quality of home maintenance and responsiveness to inquiries are a few of the points included in the comprehensive survey.
