Residents are sent surveys on an annual basis to gauge the level of satisfaction through nationally recognized benchmarking firm, CEL & Associates Inc. Properties in the portfolio that earned awards include Carlisle Barracks Homes (PA), Fort Gordon Family Homes (GA), Fort Hamilton Family Homes (NY), Fort Jackson Family Homes (SC), Fort Leonard Wood Homes (MO), Fort Stewart Family Homes (GA), Fort Story Family Homes (VA), Hunter AAF Homes (GA), Picatinny Homes (NJ), West Point Family Homes (NY) and White Sands Homes (NM).

The annual survey that residents have the opportunity to provide their feedback on covers a variety of topics that make up their overall experience—including professionalism of the site management team, maintenance support, community amenities and home quality.
