MALVERN, PA --- March 19, 2026 --- Balfour Beatty Communities, a leading residential real estate investment and management firm, has been recognized with the 2025 National Company Award from SatisFacts, the industry’s leading provider of resident feedback surveys and performance benchmarking. The company’s 2025 honors also include a near total sweep of Property Awards across its Multifamily, Student, and Military Housing portfolios, underscoring a strong, repeatable system of service focused on delivering exceptional resident experiences.

The SatisFacts Index also enables Balfour Beatty Communities to benchmark its performance against the broader residential management industry and use resident insights to continually enhance service delivery.

This year, Balfour Beatty Communities earned a National Company Award across all three business portfolios, powered by strong resident satisfaction results. In the Military Housing portfolio, residents rated the company highly across key service categories, contributing to 54 individual Property Awards and an impressive average satisfaction score of 4.71 out of 5. Within the Multifamily and Student Housing portfolios, resident feedback similarly drove Property Awards for every community, supported by an average satisfaction score of 4.56 out of 5.
